緒論:探討穿戴式裝置(MOOV NOW)在陸上與水中運動時,各測量數值的信效度。方法:以10 名健康人為陸上運動實驗的受試者,陸上運動組於跑步機上進行固定速度(3 km/h、10 km/h)的實驗,利用十台Vicon 紅外線攝影機 (200Hz)擷取運動時的步頻與髖關節角度、Delsys 感測器擷取運動時的衝擊,再於田徑場進行固定頻率(120 step/min、90 step/min)以及固定步輻(100 cm/stride、140 cm/stride)實驗。10 名大專甲組游泳選手為水中運動實驗的受試者,水中運動組進行50 公尺游泳,由2 名檢測員分別計算划手次數和游泳秒數,使用攝影機拍攝運動時的划幅、划頻。以Pearson 積差相關來檢測MOOV NOW 與實驗儀器間的效標關聯效度criterion-related validity,並以ICC 來檢測MOOV NOW 的再測信度test-retest reliability,統計水準α 皆訂為.05。結果:MOOV NOW 在陸上運動的數據(步頻、衝擊、髖關節活動範圍)的信度考驗reliability test 皆有高度再測信度(ICC=0.98-0.99),MOOV NOW 與效標間的效度,在走路時的數據(步頻、衝擊、髖關節活動範圍)與跑步時的步頻與衝擊皆有高度相關(r=0.89-0.99),在跑步時,髖關節活動範圍呈現中度相關(r=0.66);MOOV NOW在水中運動時的信度,秒數為中度再測信度(ICC=0.65),划手次數為低度再測信度(ICC=0.56),與效標間的相關性,游泳秒數、划手次數與划幅皆有高度相關(r=0.86-0.88),在划頻則呈現中度相關(r=0.55)。結論:MOOVNOW 適合用來評估陸上運動時的身體活動量,較不適合用來觀測水中運動狀態,在水中運動時,開始計算運動參數時間的準確性與計算運動參數的方式不完善,導致結果與效標之間的相關度很低。 |

Introduction:The aim of this study was to assess validity and reliability of MOOV NOW wearable sensing device on land and in aquatic environment. Methods:10 healthy subjects were recruited for land environment test. The subjects were required to walk and run on treadmill at two fixed speed (3km/h,10km/h). Ten Vicon cameras (200 Hz) were used to capture motion cadence and hip joint range of motion. A Delsys was used to capture the impact of motion. Tests on step frequency (120 step/min、90 step/min) and stride distance (100 cm/stride、140 cm/stride) were performed on an athletic field. Another 10 Division I college swimmers were recruited for aquatic environment test. The subjects were required to swim 50m freestyle. The number of strokes and swim time were recorded by 2 assistants, and the stroke length and stroke rate were captured by a camera. The Pearson correlation coefficient was used to examine the criterion-related validity. Test-retest reliability was assessed using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Significant level was set at 0.05. Results:In land environment, the test-retest reliability of all parameters (cadence, impact, hip joint range of motion) were highly correlated (ICC=0.98-0.99). The validity results of walking parameters ( in cadence, impact and hip joint range of motion ) and of running parameters( in cadence and impact) were also highly correlated (r=0.89-0.99); the hip joint range of motion in running was moderately correlated (r=0.66). In aquatic environment, swim time was moderately correlated (ICC=0.65) while the number of strokes had a low correlation (ICC=0.56). The validity results of the parameters in swim time, number of strokes and stroke length were highly correlated (r=0.86-0.88), and the parameters of stroke rate were moderately correlated (r=0.55). Conclusion:MOOV NOW has a low accuracy in measuring motion starting time and the method of measuring motion parameters is imperfect, leading to low validity correlations with criteria. We conclude that MOOV NOW is good for assessing the physical activity for land movement, but is not ideal for the use in aquatic environment. |
