在過去的二十年來,職場的健康促進已經被列為重點的發展項目,WHO更於2007-2018年間推行「全球職業健康行動計劃」,加上近年來,職場已經成為健康促進重要的推動場域;本研究以南部某大型公司為研究場所,主要為20名受試者,將其分成二組:一為介入組,一為對照組,藉由個人化運動方式的介入,促使員工身體組成能達到顯著的進步與提升,為期六個月的介入後,利用SPSS做其前後數據的分析探討,結果顯示:員工體脂率以及腰臀比皆有顯著的下降,雖然在BMI方面沒有明顯的改變。藉由此研究,可提供日後更多運動介入與職場健康發展的相關性。

英文摘要

In the past two decades, workplace health promotion has been listed as key development projects. WHO also introduced a plane named "Global Occupational Health Action Plan" during 2007 to 2018. In recent years, workplace health promotion has become an important driving field; this study, we take a large company in southern as our study sites, mainly for the 20 subjects will be divided into two groups: one for the intervention group and one for control group, intervention by individual and specific exercise way, to promote body composition and get significant progress. After six months, using SPSS to analysis data, the results showed: Staffs fat percentage and waist-hip ratio significant decline, although there was no significant change in BMI. Through this study, we can provide more information about exercise intervention related to the development of workplace health.
