目的:本研究主要藉由台南市新市國中田徑隊來探討間歇訓練對田徑隊選手之速度與耐力表現之影響。方法:新市國中田徑隊學生男生20名,女生7名共27名為研究對象,以一百公尺、12分鐘跑等項目針對受試者接受訓練課程前後進行測驗,之後以相依樣本t考驗比較前後測結果的差異,進而了解本研究間歇訓練課程對於田徑隊選手速度表現(一百公尺成績)與耐力表現(12分鐘跑成績)之影響。結果:男、女生100公尺與12分鐘跑前、後測在表現有顯著差異(P<.05)。結論:男、女生在100公尺與12分鐘跑皆有進步之情形,表示透過本研究間歇訓練對於田徑隊選手速度與耐力表現有提升的作用。 |
英文摘要 |
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of interval training for athlete's performance of speed and endurance by players form Shin Shih junior high school in Tainan city. Method: There were 20 male and 7 female students, totally 27 study samples. They had a test before and after accepting training courses through 100 meters and 12 minutes races projects, compared the difference between the pre-test and post-test by paired t-test and then understand the effect of the performance of speed (the grade of 100 meters race) and endurance (the 12 minutes race) for the athletes through the interval training courses. Result: Significant differences were exited between pre-test and post-test of 100 meters race and 12 minutes race in male and female subjects. Conclusion: Male and female all made progresses on 100 meters race and 12 minutes race and that the interval training courses would upgrade the speed and endurance for the athletes. |
