諸凡運動都有其操作的理論,故本研究的動機乃來自「知其然,知其所以然」的教學理念,教練除了有高超的技巧外,更應具備學科的理論基礎。因此,本研究的目的更期待全國的潛水運動教練能提升自我的學術素養。本文所闡述的潛水運動教育課程包括三大部份:一、理論的學科課程,二、實務的術科技巧,三、海洋檢定的執行;分別於五個單位課程中教授。第一單元:水底世界、潛水的裝備…等;術科:裝備的組合、各種排水法…等。第二單元:水底世界的適應、水中通訊…等;術科:無面鏡呼吸、蛙鞋懸軸式中性浮力控制…等。第三單元:潛水環境、潛水計劃…等;術科:懸浮控制、漏氣調節器呼吸…等。第四單元:潛水健康、潛水計劃表使用…等;術科:水底裝備脫著、備用氣源呼吸…等。第五單元:潛水計劃表使用(續)、特別程序…等;術科:自由下潛、水面裝備與配重帶脫著…等。海洋檢定要求四次(支)的潛水經驗,分別在二次的開放水域潛水行程中執行。完成後,即可獲頒「開放水域潛水員」(Open Water Diver)證照。PADI潛水課程受到「美國教育委員會」(The American Council on Education)承認,部份課程列入大學學分;「澳洲國家訓練局」(Australian National Training Association)亦賦予教育學分,可於不同學術領域間互換的權限。與國際接軌,"The Way The World Learns To Dive"。 |
英文摘要 |
The sport has various theories of its own operational principle. Therefore the motivation of this study is derived from "know how, know why does they how". Especially for those coaches who are in teaching status who has superb skills who are also should be fully to have the theoretical concepts in order to fully equip participants. Thence, the purpose of this study are looking forward to all diving instructors who could improve the academic accomplishment of themselves, and making diving education more generally in Taiwan. This educational course contains three parts: First, academic presentation. Second, confined water training. Third, open water certification, in five modules. Modules one: the underwater world, diving equipment, scuba systems, the buddy system. Confined-water training: scuba equipment assembly, water entry, underwater breathing, snorkel clearing, regulator clearing & recovery, mask clearing. Module two: adapting to the underwater world, respiration, diving equipment, buddy system procedures, diving communications. Confined-water training: no-mask breathing, proper weighting, out of air experience, fin pivot buoyancy control. Module three: the diving environment, dive planning, boat-diving procedures, problem management. Confined-water training: hovering practice, free-flow regulator breathing, cramp-release maneuver, diver towing, controlled emergency swimming ascent. Module four: accessory diving equipment, health for diving, hyperventilation, breathing air at depth, dive tables introduction, using the recreational dive planner. Confined-water training: skin diving, remove/replace BCD & weight welt underwater, alternate air source breathing. Module five: the recreational diving planner (table version), RDP special circumstances, basic navigation. Confined-water training: free descent, remove/replace BCD & weight welt on surface, buddy breathing, deep water exit. The certification requires four dives in two diving execution. The first time of open water diving course may occur when module three has completed. The "Open Water Diver Course" now has completed after the second time of certification. Part of the PADI diving courses are recognized as the credit in university by ACE. ANTA treats it as educational credit and may be exchanged in different academic field.
