撞球是臺灣目前正式職業運動之一，也少數臺灣能夠在世界體壇中奪牌的項目之一。但是在光鮮亮麗的競技舞台上，除了選手與教練之外，鮮少有人會去注意執法的裁判。目前國內尚無有人針對撞球運動裁判的專業能力進行探討，因此本文透過相關裁判專業能力文獻回顧的方式，了解身為撞球裁判在多種層面的壓力衝擊下，在競賽場中所應該具有的相關專業素養。特別針對撞球裁判的自信心、焦慮、壓力與執法表現。結論：（一）撞球裁判的焦慮與壓力程度越高，自信心越低。（二）撞球裁判自信心越高時，其對於自身之執法表現就會越高。建議：在選手與教練素質提升的同時，裁判更要儘快落實裁判法規應用、執法態度與心理素質。

Billiards is currently an authentic and professional sport in Taiwan, and also a field upon many sports that is capable of earning trophies. But on the dazzling field where competitions lye, where athletes work out with coaches. Few take note to gaze on the judgements that are made by the Referee. At present, there lacks investigation towards the ability and judgement of the referees in the sport Billiards. Therefore, this thesis shall be presented by pointing out researches of the ability and profession of the referees in the past, and to understand how referees can make fair calls under stress and impacts caused by the competition.
