籃球肌力、速度與爆發力的優劣將會影響籃球比賽勝負,且此3項能力是帶動技術成長的關鍵,運用何種訓練方法能有效提升肌力、速度和爆發力,在實質上給予教練與球隊幫助為本研究目標。目的在全面提升球員之肌力、速度與爆發力,在短時間達成訓練成效,並提升訓練效能,達成設定的比賽目標,幫助球員與球隊贏得比賽。本研究透過文獻收集及探討方式比較增強式訓練與複合式訓練兩種訓練法何種方法能有效且快速提升籃球上述3項能力。經比較分析後發現複合式練法為增強式訓練加上重量訓練的一種新的訓練方式,比起單獨做增強式訓練或重量訓練,複合式訓練法更能有效的提升籃球的競技體適能。將此結論提供給籃球運動教練作參考並期許給予實質上的幫助。

英文摘要

The merits of strength, speed and power in the basketball game will affect the outcome, and these three abilities are the key to bring about technological growth. The objective of this research is to figure out what training method can we use to effectively enhance the player's strength, speed and power and, in essence, support coaches and the team. The pourpose of this study is to comprehensively enhance the player's strength, speed and power, achieve training effectiveness in a short time, improve training efficiency, achieve the goals set by the coach, and finally help the team and players win the game. In this study by using literature collection and deliberation, comparing plyometrics training with complex training, to discuss which training method is more effective and efficiency to elevate Basketball's three capabilities. The complex training is a brand-new training method which is combined plyometric training with weight training and it is more effective and efficiency to elevate basketball's skill fitness than do a separate plyometrics or weight training. I will take this conclusion to be provided to basketball coach for reference and expect that it can make some substantial help.
