本研究目的旨在編製一份具有良好信、效度之國小教師休閒運動阻礙因素與生活滿意度之量表，以嘉義縣國小教師為對象，採便利抽樣方式，共發出109份問卷，回收106份有效問卷，有效問卷回收率97.2%。將所蒐集資料經SPSS12.0 for Windows套裝軟體進行項目分析、因素分析與信度分析以檢驗問卷之信、效度。研究結果顯示休閒運動阻礙因素量表萃取出「經濟因素、「個人因素」、「時間因素」、「場地因素」、「缺乏友伴」5個構面；生活滿意度量表萃取出「生活愉悅」、「休閒享受」、「人際互動」3個構面。兩個量表之大部分題項皆具有鑑別度，累積解釋變異量及Cronbach's α係數分別為75.56%、.901；66.002%、.844，整體而言，顯示本研究之問卷具有高度的內部一致性，充分顯示具有良好之建構效度及信度，可提供給未來有志從事教師休閒運動阻礙因素與生活滿意度者之參考。

The aim of present study was to develop the Obstacle Factors of Recreational Sports Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale with good reliability and validity for the Elementary School Teachers in Chiayi County. The convenient sampling methods were adopted in respondents. The respondents were the Elementary School Teachers in Chiayi County, 109 questionnaires were distributed, 107 were returned, and 106 were valid,.for an effective rate of 97.2%. Using the SPSS12.0 of Windows software ,through item analysis , person correlation and factor analysis ,the data collected was employed to test the validity and reliability of the Obstacle Factors of Recreational Sports and Life Satisfaction Scale. There are 5 dimensions(＂economic factors ＂ ,＂personal factors ＂, ＂ time factor ＂,＂ site factors ＂ , ＂ lack of companions ＂), 17 items of questions, for the Obstacle Factors of Recreational Sports Scale,with 0.901 of the Cronbach's α coefficients and 75.56% of accumulated variation explained;and 3 dimensions (＂ delight of life ＂,＂ leisure enjoyment＂,＂ personal interaction ＂), 11 items of questions, for Life Satisfaction Scale, with 0.844 of the Cronbach's α coefficients and 66.002% of accumulated variation explained. Thus, high internal consistency of the survey instrument was revealed, future researchers can employed it for other related studies.
