本研究以苗栗縣101學年度國小教師2627人為對象,共發放500份問卷,回收468份,扣除無效問卷後,回收有效問卷394份,有效回收率為84.2%。以研究者自編「苗栗縣國小教師運動參與程度對於工作壓力、社會體型焦慮以及身體自我呈現效能之問卷」為主要研究工具,分別對「苗栗縣國小教師運動參與程度對於工作壓力、社會體型焦慮以及身體自我呈現效能之問卷」得分進行平均數排序,以了解「苗栗縣國小教師運動參與程度對於工作壓力、社會體型焦慮以及身體自我呈現效能」之現況,並以t檢定及單因子變異數分析檢驗不同個人基本資料素在運動參與程度、工作壓力、社會體型焦慮及身體自我呈現效能的差異情形。研究結果如下:一、運動參與程度與社會題型焦慮、身體自我呈現效能間呈現正相關。二、社會體型焦慮與身體自我呈現效能間呈現正相關。三、工作壓力受到「運動參與程度」的負向影響,運動參與程度越高,越能降低工作壓力,此與醫學上所得到的結果相同。四、身體自我呈現效能受到「運動參與程度」的正向影響。五、社會體型焦慮受到「運動參與程度」與「身體自我呈現效能」的正向影響。根據本研究調查結果顯示,運動參與程度與工作壓力呈反比,運動參與程度越高,越能降低工作壓力,此與醫學上所得到的結果相同。因此,建議國小教師在課餘或是下班後可參與運動,降低工作壓力。或是由教育相關單位多舉辦教師組的運動類活動或比賽,提升教師運動時間,養成運動習慣。 |
英文摘要 |
It is widely documented that sports participation could improve bodily functions and reduced anxiety and depression, helping the individual to maintain positive outlook. The subjects of this study were the elementary school teachers in Miaoli County. Five hundred questionnaires were distributed, 468 were returned, among which 394 were valid, with an effective return rate of 84.2%. The questionnaires were developed to gauge sports participation of the teachers, and how it relates to job stress, social physique anxiety, and physical self-description. Single variance analysis and t-test statistics were used to measure the correlation. After data treatment, the results were obtained as followings. 1. Sports participation positively correlated with social physique anxiety and self presentational efficacy. 2. Social physique anxiety and physical self-description were positively correclated. 3. Sports participation reduced job stress, affirming common medical advice. 4. Sports participation positively affected with physical self-description. 5. Sports participation and physical self-description positively affected social physique anxiety. Therefore these results could be used as good reference for both the elementary teacher's study and relating advanced study in the coming future. |
