本研究旨在探討「工作價值觀」及「工作滿意度」對海軍志願役潛水士官(兵)之影響,採問卷調查進行實證研究。研究對象為海軍某艦隊志願役潛水士官(兵),研究時間為2014年9月15日至10月3日完成問卷回收,有效問卷133份,有效回收率達97.8%。採用IBM SPSS 18.0 For Windows進行t檢定、單因子變異數、積差相關及多元迴歸等分析。所得結果:1.背景變項中不同的服務單位,在「工作價值觀」之工作地位與工作保障及「工作滿意度」之薪資福利等三個構面達顯著差異(p<.01),且顯示陸岸單位服務之潛水志願役士官(兵),對於的工作地位、工作保障及薪資福利之評價皆高於艦艇單位。2.海軍潛水員「工作價值觀」與「工作滿意度」整體相關係數為.951,且各構面相互之間均達中、高度正相關,顯著性皆達p<.01。3.工作價值觀二個變項(工作地位、工作保障)對工作滿意度整體之逐步多元迴歸分析具有高度正向的解釋力,聯合解釋整體工作滿意度程度達92.9%。 |

This study aimed to investigate the effect of "values of working" and "satisfaction of job" to Navy Volunteer military diving NCO "soldiers". I used questionnaires to conduct the empirical research. The subjects were Volunteer military diving non-commissioned officers "soldiers" who were served in Naval 192 Flotilla. Study period is from September 15, 2014 to October 3, 2014 and the questionnaires were collected. There were 133 valid questionnaires. The effective recovery rate is 97.8%. Using IBM SPSS 18.0 For Windows to run t test, ANOVA, product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result were: 1. Different servicing units in background variables, there are three significant differences in the working status of "values of working", wages and benefits of job security and "job satisfaction" (p <.01). It showed that Volunteer military diving noncommissioned officers "soldiers" who served in naval onshore unit gave the evaluation of working status, job security, wages and benefits were higher than the naval ship units. 2. "Values of working" and "satisfaction of job" of Navy divers overall correlation coefficient is .951. Between each other and in all aspects were reached medium and high positive correlations. Distinctiveness were up to p <.01 3. Two variables in Values of working "job status and job security" to satisfaction of job and overall the stepwise multiple regression analysis had a high positive explanatory power. Jointed interpretation of the overall satisfaction of job degree were reached 92.9%. |
