本文旨在探索自己在諮商助人歷程中的一些經驗與發現，以自我敘說探究的研究策略，藉著與一位學生輔導的經驗故事敘說，來對諮商過程中的默會知識進行反映與分析。助人過程有很大的一部分，是在處理當事人過往生活中許多受傷的人際關係，和因為「失功能」家庭所造成當事人的人格扭曲與日後的負面影響。當事人提供我有血有淚的創傷經驗與生命故事，讓我可以在許多錯誤中學習與成熟。

Attempting to explore his experiences and findings discovered during the counseling process, the author, through story narrative of a student counselee and with self-narrative inquiry, tried to conduct reflection and analysis on the tacit knowledge acquired during the counseling process. It was found that the lion’s share of counseling process had lain in tackling with the client’s hurt interpersonal relationship of his past life experience and the negative impact and the client’s twisted personality incurred because of family dysfunction. And the client has since then provided me with his traumatic experiences and life stories so that I could learn and mature through mistakes.
