This study explored the psychological process of a Taiwanese expatriate spouse (i.e., the researcher), entering and leaving the Mainland three times in the past 20 years due to her husband's work. The researcher used the transposition research method to conduct narrative interviews. Five subjects were invited to interview the researcher with their interview outline combined with the tasks formulated by the researcher. Finally, the researcher conducted an integrated analysis of the five interview reports. The conceptual model used in this paper on the psychological adjustment of expatriate spouses includes internal and external factors. Through the discussion of pressure cross transmission, the psychological adjustment of Taiwanese expatriate spouse is closely related to their children's school adaptation. Psychological adjustment is a process, and the growth of life also needs the contribution of time. The most important link between the two is the ability to prevent from self-centered. Through transposition research, it is a key to promote the life growth of the subject to help the researcher develop new opinions and insights on the same thing from different perspectives.
