Publications on the topic of counseling administration have all but disappeared from the counseling academic literature, but are considered by practitioners to be one of their core knowledges. The author reflects his practical actions, developing together with his co-investigators in a technical-vocational college, using counseling administration as a lead to tell the story of this development, described in three stages: the first stage, the practitioners' locational Self-configurations and their redirection to ever new actions; the second stage, the Cloth Collage Art of the group coordination, creating Balloon Brain Teaser, a campus group activity, and family visits to have deeper understanding of students' lives, and organizing various student counseling activities through disability culture education. In the third stage, the author describes the continuing journey of the ethical subjects of some of the collaborative investigators, who, like cornered beasts that will still struggle, facing the increasing commodification of education, held on to the value and meaning of counseling administrative operations until the day they leave the jobs. Counseling administration is the key to getting counseling goals off the ground in national education policy. However, it has been neglected by the Western transplanted consulting profession. Furthermore, it should be identified from the perspective of "school-politics", instead of being depoliticized and reduced to a staff of the "school-factory". Finally, the author argues that the practitioners should be able to look back at themselves, identifying the changing dynamics of complex school-politics, and moving to become an ethical subject that adheres to the educational goals and values set by the state, and creating and designing the various tasks of counseling administration, so that the work of student counseling can be more effective.
