This paper mainly discusses the linkage dimension design of VPP suspension bikes and evaluates the performance of important parameters of the suspension bike. A set of ideal outcomes have been selected by screening the results from the application of parametric CAD software and an analytical model for constructing geometric constraints, with plenty of multi-group modes calculated by using multiple sets of targets to limit the analysis results. This paper uses analytical methods, not mathematical deduction models, in order to quickly resolve and determine a solution, which although may not be optimal or completely on target, will help the nearest possible design to be quickly found. |
