近代水利工程面對許多不同型式的挑戰,包括氣候變遷、人居環境改變、永續發展需求等,因此有需要思考如何由過去的單解方(single solution)轉換至全解方(total solutions)的思維。本文以生態水利學、生態系統服務、生態系統防減災等相關知識帶來的跨領域課題,漫談近年熱門的自然解方的概念相關案例,希望能起著拋磚引玉之功,引發思考下一階段的典範轉移發生的可能性。
