因應淨零碳排政策,各國政府皆致力發展綠色能源,而離岸風能亦於近年迅速發展。而海事工程更是離岸風能產業鏈中不可或缺的一環,如何使用適當的機具來建置風場,除了需要再前期進行設備之設計與優化,仍需進行測試來對機具進行驗證,並須確保機具在專案進行中有無損壞的發生以防範可能的事故,因此本文將介紹如何在海事工程的前、中、後期進行設計、測試及確證,以期讀者對海事機具如何運作於離岸風場能有更深入的了解。

英文摘要

In response to the Net Zero Carbon Emission Policy, governments are committed to the development of green energy, and offshore wind energy has been developing rapidly in recent years. Among the industry, marine engineering plays an indispensable role in the supply chain. To adopt the appropriate equipment for windfarm construction, design and optimization would be applied in the early stage. While it is still necessary to carry out testing to validate the equipment and ensure the integrity of equipment to prevent possible accidents. Therefore, this paper will introduce how to design, test and validate the equipment in marine engineering to offer an understanding of how marine equipment operates in offshore windfarms.
