本研究旨在探討組織結構與創業精神之關連,以及市場因素是否對創業精神與經營績效產生干擾效果。創業精神包含創新性、承擔風險和主動積極性三個構面,其有助於企業發展新產品和尋找新市場,並可提高企業的競爭優勢,創造優異的經營績效。從理論觀點,企業創業精神應該受到內部組織結構的影響;而創業精神與經營績效關係會受到外部因素之干擾。此假設經實證分析201家台灣廠商得到證實。研究結果顯示,組織結構對於企業創業精神有顯著的影響,即正式化及專業化,有助於提高企業的創業精神,而集權化則會阻礙企業的創業精神。研究結果亦顯示企業創業精神與經營績效有顯著的正向關係,而此關係會受到市場環境的干擾。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study is to examine a possible connection between organizational factors and business entrepreneurship. The study is also looking at the relationship between entrepreneurship and business performance and whether this relationship is moderated by the market environment. The research outcomes, which are based on 201 Taiwanese business firms, suggest that a firm's entrepreneurship is shaped by its organizational structure. The research results also reveal a positive relationship between entrepreneurship and business performance, and that entrepreneurship-business performance relationship is moderated by the market conditions. |
