商業模式的分類與內涵眾說紛紜,本研究嘗試整合出一套系統性的「商業模式」架構。本研究首先廣泛地分析創業管理與商業模式的架構,從不同觀點重組新的要素;其次由個案深度訪談所得的紮根資料,經歸納與演繹步驟,提出「商業模式」的架構。此架構區分為核心要素與執行要素,前者包含環境與價值命題兩者之間恆常的動態變化與互動,是持續性創新的來源;後者包括資源與能力、治理結構、價值鏈執行、價值網絡、顧客實際價值以及財務結構,是核心要素體現於外的行動與結果,此兩者結合之後才是具有系統性「商業模式」的具體內涵。 |
英文摘要 |
The classification and intension of "business model" are viewed differently and motivate the researcher to integrate a set of systematic framework of the "business model". This research widely analyzes framework of entrepreneurial management and business model, recombine the new key elements from different views. Through iterative process of induction and deduction from grounded data of deep interview, we establish a framework of "business model". The framework is divided into the core element and the execution element. The former includes the environment and value proposition. The constant dynamic changes and interaction between them is the source of sustainable innovation. The latter consists of resource and capability, corporate structure, execution of value chain, value network, customer's real value and financial structure, which is the action and result of embodying the core element. These two are concrete connotation with systematic business model after combination. |
