因應全球化對於農村的衝擊影響，行政院農委會水土保持局在2010 年8 月公佈農村再生條例，全國有4,232 個農漁村社區，至目前為止已有2,195 個社區參與農村再生計畫。本研究以行政院農委會水土保持局所輔導的農村再生社區為基礎，依據各社區農村再生的參與程度，進行地理資訊系統套疊與克利金空間統計分析，了解全臺灣各縣市別的表現情形。研究結果顯示：(1)縣市別的觀光資源豐富多寡與農村再生社區的參與的意願有相當程度的關聯；(2)各縣市的社區聚落成熟度與農村再生參與程度有相當的關係；(3)必需建立農村再生社區標準作業程序，新增至農村再生輔導課程中。

The Rural Rejuvenation Program was launched by the government to revive the economic vitality of rural farming communities in August 2010 as they suffer a steady outflow of people and reduced competitiveness. The Rural Rejuvenation Program has trained 2,195 farming and fishing communities nationwide as the data based for analysis. Geographic information system nested and Kriging spatial statistical analysis based on the level on participation for communities of Rural Rejuvenation. To understanding the performance of the situation in Taiwan counties and cities. The results showed that: (1) Considerable degree of association between the amount of tourism resources and willingness of communities to involve in the Rural Rejuvenation in Taiwan counties and cities. (2) There is considerable relationship in community between settlements in maturity and the level of participation of Rural Rejuvenation in Taiwan counties and cities. (3) The establishment of communities in Rural Rejuvenation standard operating procedures has must be add into the Rural Rejuvenation Program.
