中文摘要

Since 2020, the United Nations has dedicated itself to harnessing the creative economy as a driver for sustainable human development, especially in the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic. This period has been marked by state-level blockades, heightened international tensions, and disruptions in global relations. The current focus is on promoting the creative economy, acknowledging cultural diversity, and embracing cultural differences. Moreover, the year 2021 has been designated as the Year of Sustainable Development for the International Creative Economy. Cultural shifts have given rise to the cultural and creative industries, symbolizing unique societal transformations. Culture encompasses not just art and literature, but also individual and collective lifestyles, value systems, traditions, and beliefs. Cultural policies play a pivotal role in enhancing societal sustainability. Amidst the fluctuations of the global order, culture serves as a universal language that transcends barriers and stands as a testament to national identity. Simultaneously, creativity fosters an open, inclusive, and pluralistic society. The cultural and creative industries have emerged as major economic forces, generating substantial revenue and demonstrating significant value. Consequently, nations worldwide are encouraged to invest in this sector. The importance of this study lies in its approach to the development of social culture through scientific methods, qualitative research, and case studies. It examines the context of industrial evolution from the lens of cultural creativity, employing teaching and research methodologies for practical development. This study acknowledges the critical role of cultural and creative industries in contemporary society and their profound impact on the future trajectory of national political economies. It explores how these industries can transcend national borders through their real strength, soft power, and smart power, particularly in responding to current global crises.
