獲得VC（Venture Capital）投資是創業企業能夠生存和發展的重要保障，是創業成功的一個重要標誌。創業企業如何才能獲得VC的投資？這不僅是創業者極其關心的話題，也是學術界探究的熱點，而其中創業者的創業經驗在吸引風險投資人投資方面所起的作用特別引人注目。本文通過相關研究文獻的搜集與梳理，試圖詮釋創業者創業經驗是如何影響風險投資人對創業企業的投資選擇。

Receiving VC (Venture Capital) is an important assurance for entrepreneurial enterprises to survival and development, as well as an important symbol of entrepreneurial success. How to attract VC? This is not only the topic that entrepreneurs are extremely concerned about, also is a hotspot of academic research, and founders' entrepreneurial experience in attracting venture capitalists investing particularly conspicuous. In this paper, on the basis of collecting and combing related research literature, we try to interpret how entrepreneurs experience affects VC investment options for start-up companies.
