隨著新興資訊與傳播科技的不斷興起,對於企業教育訓練等實務領域也造成許多衝擊和影響,近年來已有許多相關研究著重在探討企業員工使用數位學習以進行教育訓練的行為意向之影響因素,但是針對新興的行動學習課題,前述的影響因素未必適用於行動學習的環境,而為了能夠更適切的協助企業推動行動教育訓練,本文主要著重在從調整式科技接受模式與計畫行為理論等相關理論與研究以探討可能的影響因素,進而歸納現階段研究中所提出的可能影響因素。而綜合前述理論與相關研究的成果,本文主要提出影響企業員工的行動教育訓練行為意向之可能因素,並針對企業未來推動行動教育訓練提出具體的參考建議,期能有助於企業落實行動教育訓練。
