職場排擠相關研究在近10年內受到國外學術界高度關注,且在職場當中已相當普遍。本文將藉由文獻回顧法,整理近10年來國外SSCI期刊與職場排擠相關的研究。首先將回顧職場排擠的定義,整理出職場排擠之前因後果變項,並進一步探討其中的干擾變項,接著歸納出與職場排擠相關的前因、干擾與結果變項的關係圖。藉由整理發現,職場排擠與員工心理狀態、行為反應息息相關。最終,將根據結果提出企業界應該要如何有效因應職場排擠,以及職場排擠未來的研究方向,期許國內職場排擠相關研究有更進一步的啟發。
