過度適任已經是全球普遍的現象,而對於人力資源工作者來說現今人才難尋的時代中,找到好的人才是很不容易的一件事,而好的人才也可能伴隨著過度適任的問題。以往過度適任的研究大多是伴隨著有負面的工作態度和行為,本研究將透過以往的文獻整理及探討更加清楚了解過度適任,讓工作管理者能夠了解對於過度適任之員工的管理方式,讓有過度適任的員工在組織中能夠有更好的工作績效以及有較低的離職意圖,不僅可以培養好的關鍵人才,更能將組織績效達到最大化,最後,依據文獻的探討及歸納結果提出結論與實務上之管理義涵提供後續研究參考。
