對於不當督導的研究已是現今對於人力資源與領導力的研究重點。過去的研究著重於瞭解不當督導對於員工及組織的影響,本研究除了透過問卷調查方式瞭解不當督導對員工工作敬業之影響機制,更深入探討如何於實務中透過教育訓練的方式解決不當督導對於員工及組織的負向影響,以期透過科學的方式克服人力資源管理之困境,並提供未來研究方向。本研究之問卷調查對象為一般在職工作者,一共發出200份問卷,有效問卷173份。研究結果顯示,不當督導會負向影響員工工作敬業,未來可透過教育訓練以及員工協助方案等方式進行改善。
