不當督導源自於工作場所中由職位等級較高者將下屬做為目標行使不當或不合理之工作對待與要求,而工作環境與組織氛圍是很重要的,故本研究藉由過往的相關文獻,描述不當督導之定義、所造成之原因及產生的後果以及於不當督導研究中常用的中介變項等,再依據本研究結果與探討提出適合之結論與實務應用之建議,作為後續研究之參考。
