本研究旨在探討職涯停滯對幼兒園教師工作投入的影響,並以工作玩興為調節變項,探討其在職涯停滯對幼兒園教師工作投入影響中的調節效果。研究者採用問卷調查法,對高屏地區372名幼兒園教師,進行職涯停滯、工作投人、工作玩興的測量。問卷調查所得實證資料透過結構方程模式進行統計處理,分析結果顯示職涯停滯對幼兒園教師工作投入有顯著的負面影響,工作玩興顯著調節職涯停滯對幼兒園教師工作投人的影響。工作玩興較高的幼兒園教師其職涯停滯對工作投人的負面影響較輕微;工作玩興較低的幼兒團教師其職涯停滯對工作投人的負面影響較嚴重。根據研究發現,研究者對幼兒園教師工作玩興和工作投人的提升以及未來研究提出建議。

英文摘要

The main purposes of this study were to explore effect of preschool teachers' career plateau on job involvement, and moderating effect of job playfulness on the relationship between preschool teachers' career plateau and job involvement. A sample of preschool teachers from Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County completed self-report measures of career plateau, job involvement, and job playfulness. The obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that there was significantly negative correlation between preschool teachers' career plateau and job involvement. And moderating effect of job playfulness on the relationship between preschool teachers' career plateau and job involvement was significant. Based on those results, implications for promotion of preschool teachers' job playfulness and job involvement were discussed. And suggestions for future study were provided in this study.
