Bai Xianyong's One Day in Anle Village and Chang-Rae Lee's Native Speaker are the typical works of diaspora literature, and both of them are Asian American writers who live in America. This paper analszes the identification of the minorities in the two novels from comparative perspective. Based on achievements of the predecessors, this paper makes good for deficiency and analyses the cause of identification. Firstly, identification is explained, mainly through identification about identity, language, race and culture. Secondly, identification of the characters who are in the intersect ion is also discussed about. Analysing the identification of the characters in Bai Xianyong and Chang-Rae Lee's works, this paper aims to understand the Asian Americans who are living in America, especially the situation of Chinese and Korean Americans, and discover t he beauty of overcoming difficulties and living strongly.
