使用石油醚:正丁醇:氨水:水=4:7:2:1及丙酮:乙醇:正丁醇:水:2N鹽酸=1:2:0.5:6.4:0.1爲展開溶媒,以5%(%)溴水及二氯螢光紅爲呈色劑,5%(v/v)矽油及2%(v/v)甘油處理之B-5 Wako膠爲擔體,鑑別食品中防腐劑及人工甘味劑共18種。水楊酸(salicylic acid),雷鎖辛(resorcinol),β萘酚(β-naphthol),己二烯酸(sorbic acid),去氫醋酸鈉(sodium dehydroacetate),甲萘醌(menadion),2(2麩基)-3 (5-硝基-2麩基)丙烯酸胺[2(2-furyl)-3(5-nitro-2-furyl)acrylamide],硝基呋拉腙(nitro furazon),對位羥苯甲酸異丁酯(isobutyl paraben),對位羥苯甲酸異丙酯(isopropyl paraben),對位羥苯甲酸丙酯(propyl paraben),對位羥苯甲酸丁酯(butyl paraben),苯甲酸(benzoic acid)及人工甘味劑,糖精(saccharin),對位乙氧基苯脲(dulcin),環己烷磺氨酸蚋(sodium cyclamate)]等之逆相薄層色析法,業經檢討,其方法不僅簡單易行,適於一次檢定多數檢體之防腐劑及人工甘味劑,且其分離效果及斑點顏色之變化亦比一般其他薄層色析方法良好。

A simple and rapid reversed phase chromatographic detection of preservatives and artificial sweeteners (included saccharin, sodium cyclamate, salicylic acid, dehy-droacetate, sorbic acid, methyl paraben, nitrofurazon, isopropyl paraben, resorcinol, propyl paraben, butyl paraben, isobutyl paraben, 2- (2-furyl) -3 (5-nitro-2 furyl) acryl-amide, dulcin, β-naphthol, ethyl paraben, menadion and benzoic acid) was discussed and good results in sensitivities, reproducibility, separation and multiple color changes in the spots were obtained. The method is suitable for the detection of preservatives and artificial sweeteners in dealing a lot of samples in short time.
