酚直接氯化以製單氯酚,其鄰,對氯酚之比與氯化時接觸劑ZnCl_2, AlCl_3, CuCI_3, Fe粉的存在無甚影響,反應溫度升高時其比略有增大,在CCl_4溶液中進行時其比有顯著的增大。

英文摘要

Chlorination of phenol by passing chlorine into melted phenol in the presence of catalyst such as AlCl_3, ZnCl_2, CuCl_2 and Fe powder was studied. The ratio of o-p isomer of the monochlorophenol has nothing to do with these catalyst. When the reaction temperature is higher, the op ratio will be increased slightly. But when the reaction was taken place in carbon tetrachloride solution, the o-p ratio of monochlorinated products was greatly increased.
