本研究室曾對共軛烯類[苯乙烯[(styrene)和苯駢環丙烯(indene)]與尿素在氯化鋁存在下的熱反應加以研究^1,結果苯乙烯,苯駢環丙烯,分別產生對一乙基苯醯胺(p-ethylbenzamide)和苯駢環丙烯-1-醯胺(indane-1-carboxyamide)。甲醯胺對烯類及炔類的光反應已被研究^(2~5)。 |
英文摘要 |
It was found by our previous work in this laboratory that, by thermal reaction with a urea-alu minium chlorids solvent system, styrene and indene afforded p-ethylbenzamide, mp 161°, and indane-l-carboxyamide, mp 135°, respectively. The present study was undertaken to see whether the light-induced amidation [using an acetone-formamide system] of styrene and indene could give the same results as the thermal reaction mentioned above. It was found by our present work only the isolated double bond, such as, cyclohexene and cyclooctene could form the 1: 1 adduct, cyclohexyl-carboxyamide, mp 184°, cyclooctyl carboxyamide, mp 178°, respectively. On the contrary under the same irradiation conditions, indene gave a photodimer. |
