為要確保國產放射性碘-131之供應,曾建立由中子照射過蹄酸提取碘-131收率的推定法。首先利用放射性碘-131為追踪劑探討以蒸餾法由蹄酸的硫酸溶液提取碘-131的收率,實驗的結果顯示碘-131的蒸餾收率頗為穩定,並與蒸餾液中碘化鉀擔體濃度成正比,利用此結論在本研究中曾試以蒸餾法推定以白金吸附法製造碘-131的收率,獲得頗為滿意的結果,據悉以白金吸附法製造碘-131的經常收率在29%~31%之間。 |
英文摘要 |
In order to assure domestic supply of radioactive lodine-131, a technique was established to estimate the efficiency of lodine-131 recovery from neutron irradiated telluric acid. Using Iodine131 as a tracer the yield of lodine-131 from sulfuric acid solution of telluric acid was investigated by distillation method. Experimental results shows that the recovery yield of lodine-131 by distillation is quite consistent and reproducible, and is proportional to the concentration of potassium iodide carrier. The technique for evaluation of lodine-131 recovery thus established was applied to the actual routine production of lodine-131 isotopes. It was found that yields of lodine-131 produced by the method of adsorption on platinum were in the range of 29%-31 %. |
