苦滷在工業上的利用除了提取鎂鹽和石膏外,尙可提取溴素及鉀鹽等,本研究提取鉀鹽的原料採用提取鎂鹽和石膏後的母液,以過氯酸沉澱法使脫鎂苦滷中之鉀,鈉沉澱成爲過氯酸鉀和過氯酸鈉,由於兩者在乙醇之溶解度不同而分離之。所得過氯酸鉀再藉離子交换作用,以各種不同之無機酸或其相當之鹽類爲溶離液,轉變而製成各種不同之無機酸鉀鹽。離子交換研究以Plackett-Burman matrix design經變數效應分析後,可知道影響溶離效果之諸因素中,以溶離液之濃度,及樹脂粒子大小影響最大,其次爲交換管之直徑,至溶離液流速之影離則較爲輕微。 |
英文摘要 |
In this paper of the recovery of potassium salts from the demagnesium bittern, perchloric acid was used to precipitate both the potassium perchlorates and sodium perchlorate. The separation of these two perchlorates depend on the solubility difference in ethyl alcohol. The conversion of potassium perchlorate to the other potassium salts was accomplished by ion exchange technique. Mineral acids or sodium salts could be used to eluate the potassium ions from the ion exchange resin, The Plackett-Burman design, a statistical analysis method. was used to investigate the elution variables of the potassium ions from the ion exchange resin. It was found that the concentration of the elutriant and the particle size of the ion exchange resin show greater effect on the elution of the potassium ions than the diameter of the column and rate of elutriant. |
