Dodecyl ammonium acetate (DAA)之微胞生成濃度(Critical micelle concentration, 簡稱CMC)以光譜分析法得知爲7.0×10^(-5) mol/l。DAA與Pentaethylene glycol dodecyl ether (C_(12)E_5)間之相互作用也利用分析DAA,C_(12)E_5與碘的混合液之光譜得知。DAA與C_(12)E_5微胞之生成,均受到對方之存在所妨礙而在短時間內不能生成穩定之微胞。在DAA與C_(12)E_5之混合系,DAA之濃度大於其CMC時,C_(12)E_5增至單獨存在時之CMC,仍不能生成C_(12)E_5之微胞。反之C_(12)E_5之濃度在CMC以上時,DAA的濃度達到CMC卽可生成微胞。可見DAA之微胞生成能力比C_(12)E_5之微胞生成能力大。

英文摘要

The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of dodecyl ammonium acetate (DAA) was determined as 7 x 10^(-5) mol/l by the spectral analysis of DAA-I_2 complex. The interaction between DAA and pentaethylene glycol dodecyl ether (C_(12)E_5) was studied by the spectral analysis of mixed aqueous solutions of DAA and C_(12)E_5 with iodine. The formation of micelles of DAA and C_(12)E_5 are interrupted by the other surfactants and can not form the stable imcelle in a short period. In the mixed system of DAA and C_(12)E_5, when the concentration of DAA is greater than its CMC, C_(12)E_5 will not form imcelle even at its CMC. On the contrary, ' when the concentration C_(12)E_5 is greater than its CMC, DAA will form micelle at its CMC.
