英文摘要 |
A low temperature electrocrystal growth technique utilizing alkali hydroxide as a flux has been developed. One of the unique advantages of electrocrystallization is its capability of precisely controlling stoichiometry and oxidation states by this electrically driven method. Its utility for growing high quality Ba(1-x)K_xBiO_3 crystalline superconductors is demonstrated by the fact that the crystals prepared display the sharpest Tc in magnetic susceptibility measurements yet obtained. |
