本實驗係建立以攜帶式氣相層析儀配備光子游離偵檢器作為現場空氣中含硫化合物分析方法。首先將取樣系統改裝成可利用液態氮冷凍濃縮樣品,再以熱脫附方式將樣品導入層析管柱中分離,目前已初步應用在高污染區之硫化物現場分析。本系統可分析之樣品包括硫化氫、甲硫醇、二甲基硫及二硫化碳。系統建立後即針對操作條件進行探討,包括層析管柱溫度、載體氣體流量、取樣濃縮時間及流量等條件加以探討,以尋求最佳分析條件。

英文摘要

A modified portable gas chromatography coupled with a photoionization detector has been utilized in situ to analyze sulfur compounds. The injector has been replaced by a home-made cryogenic enriching system. Air samples were drawn into a pyrex-glass tube which was immersed in a dewar filled with liquid nitrogen. After the concentrating process samples were thermally desorpted into the analytical column. Preliminary results show that this system can be used to analyze samples in highly sulfur-compounds contaminated area. Sulfur compounds analyzed included hydrogen sulfide methanethiol, dimethyl sulfide and carbon disulfide. The effecting factors such as column temperature flow rate of carrier gas, sampling time and sampling flow rate have been evaluated.
