層析儀與原子光譜儀的連線系統已成為一種可適用於環境及生物等樣品中微量元素及其物種分析的重要方法。在此技術中如何選別適當的樣品導入介面,不僅直接影響分析結果的精密度,更為達成高靈敏偵測的關鍵所在。本文中首先對目前常被使用的各類式樣品導入介面,包括氣送式霧化法、超音波霧化法、熱噴灑霧化法、直接導入霧化法和氫化物產生法等,就其工作原理及應用限制作一介紹。其次並從最近文獻上有關層析儀與原子光譜儀連線的技術發展,擇其與無機元素及其物種分析的相關部份,舉實例予以說明。

英文摘要

The hyphenated techniques including chromatographic method s and atomic spectrometry have been widely employed for the determination of trace metal s and their specie s in environmental and biological sample s. In the analysis of real samples for trace metal s, the use of an appropriate sample introduction interface prior to analysis may be mandatory and serves the dual purpose of increasing the measuring precision and achieving the higher detection power. The principle and applicability of several commercialized sample introduction interfaces, including pneumatic nebulization, ultrasonic nebulization, thermospray nebulization, direct injection nebulization and hydride generation, were introduced and briefly discussed in this article. Subsequently, the application of the hyphenated techniques which optimally combined the chromatographic methods and atomic spectrometry employed for the determination of trace metals and their species in real samples is presented.
