序列注入分析(SIA)是第三代的流動注入分析(FIA)方法,呈現與FIA不同的風貌,該系統利用改良的樣品導入設備,簡單的管線,容易維護即使用的流體設計,可以適用於各種分析條件,也較FIA更具彈性,尤其在使用停流(Stop-flow)或逆轉式(Reversed-flow)等不同的操作條件時,更較FIA簡便。自從1990年首次問世後短短幾年中,即有三十篇文章發表,探討SIA的原理及其應用。本文對SIA的發展與緣由、原理、優缺點五之相關之應用分別加以介紹,並以SIA與固定化酵素之使用為例,對SIA的未來發展做一簡要的討論。 |

Sequential injection analysis (SIA) a third generation of flow injection analysis (FIA), shows a new style of flow injection system The new system, utilizing a modified sample introduction unit in conjunction with a compact flow design, fulfills the requirements of minimum maintenance, simple and user friendly flow schemes. The SIA is suitable for various kinds of analysis, In comparison to FlA. it is more flexible for Slop-flow and reversed flow operations. More than thirty publications dealing with the principle and application of SIA were published since its first launch in 1990. This paper discusses various aspects of the SIA, including the rationale behind the development. principle, advantage s, disadvantages and applications. Furthermore, a SIA system coupling with an immobihzed enzyme reactor was used as an example 10 highlight the future development of SIA. |
