英文摘要 |
4'-N, N-Dimethylaminoflavone-3-methacrylate is a new fluorescence probe with intramolecular charge transfer (lCT) behavior. Its ICT fluorescence is almost completely quenched in aqueous solu- tions because of the formation of nonradiative twisted ICT (TICT) states and is largely enhanced with the blue-shift of excitation and emission maxima by supramolecular interaction with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). The β-CD cavity exhibiting hydrophobicity and lower polarity than water protects the excited ICT state and hinders the formation of nonradiative TICT state. The formation constant of complex and Δ H^0 and Δ S^0 of complexation were determined by monitoring ICT emission. |
