環境分析已經成為化學中極為重要的領域,由於環保意識的抬頭使環境分析技術一躍千里,科學家們努力的目標無不希望能減少分析時間,降低人為誤差及提高分析物之處理速度;而在分析樣品前處理技術方面,更是日新月新。本文將闡述近年來新發展之加速溶劑萃取法之儀器設備、原理、操作方法並且與其他分析樣品前處理技術作一比較探究。雖然此一技術之運用被著重在環境分析領域上,但目前也已經廣泛地運用在藥物分析、食品分析及生物樣品分析上,前景十分看好。 |
英文摘要 |
The raising of consciousness of environmental protection makes environmental analysis so important in chemistry. It causes a rapid improvement of environmental analysis techniques. The targets scientists strive for are decreasing analytical time, lower amount of man-made errors and increasing analyzing speed. The techniques in sample pretreatment are also changing every day. The theory, instrumentation and operating method of Accelerated Solvent Extraction (ASE) will introduced in this article. The technique will be compared with other pretreatment techniques. The applications of ASE on other analytical fields and possibility of interfacing with other techniques are illustrated. |
