本文中證實具有混價性質(mixed-valence)的含鎳赤血鹽(nickel(II) hexacyanoferrate)修飾碳糊電極發展成之安培法葡萄糖生化感測器具有很好的選擇性,並有催化雙氧水還原的性質,可發展在低電位操作的葡萄糖生化感測器,有效防止血液中電活性物質的干擾。完成的葡萄糖生化感測器偵測葡萄糖時電流密度(current density) 為0.85μA/(mM×cm^2) , 線性範圍 (linearity range) 達5.5 mM (correlation coefficient=0.9999),在連續偵測 0.5mM 葡萄糖20 次所得訊號之相對標準偏差(relative standard deviation)為3.81 %,訊號反應時間(response time, t_(95%)) 為 42 秒,偵測極限(detection limit)濃度為0.1mM,系統在偵測葡萄糖時沒有 ascorbic acid、uric acid、acetaminophen、dopamine、supermine、hydroquinone、galactose、cysteine and tyrosine 等的干擾。 |
英文摘要 |
The project demonstrates feasibility of utilizing mixed-valence cluster of nickel(II) hexacyanoferrate modified carbon paste electrode for development of a highly selective amperometric glucose biosensor. The utilization of nickel(II) hexacyanoferrate modified carbon paste electrode exhibit efficient eletrocatalytic activity toward the liberated hydrogen peroxide and allow cathodic detection of the glucose substrate at 0.020V(v.s.Ag/AgCl), with no interference from easily oxidizable constituents. The linearity of the response is up to 5.5mM (with correlation coefficient 0.9999). The sensitivity of the electrode is 0.85 μA/mM-cm^2. The estimated detection limit is 0.1mM. The response time is 42 sec. The twenty repetitive detection of 0.5mM glucose indicated relative stantard deviation 3.81%. There is no interference observed from ascorbic acid, hydroquinone, uric acid, acetaminophen, dopamine, supermine, galactose, cysteine and tyrosine. |
