利用自組前濃縮(preconcentration)儀配合GC-FID,在夏季與秋末冬初兩個季節時段於中壢市中央大學校園內針對由排放因素主導濃度變化的物質異戊間二烯(isoprene)進行量測工作,量測結果證實夏季isoprene 和輻射強度與溫度有高度相依性,主要來源以植物排放為大宗,秋冬則因輻射減弱植物排放大量減少且空氣穩定性不佳,與輻射強度相關性不如夏季。吾人並在都市地區觀察到isoprene 由交通排放貢獻的事實。 |
英文摘要 |
An automated GC system consisted of a flame ionization detector (FID), a PLOT column, and a preconcentration trap was constructed for continuous monitoring ambient C3-C7 volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This system was placed on NCU campus for continuous measurement in different seasons: summer and late fall. Distinct diurnal cycles of isoprene were observed with mixing ratios peaking at noon, and becoming low and even close to zero in the evening. Excellent correlation was found in summer between the isoprene diurnal cycle and the strength of solar radiation. The major emission in summer was from plants. We demonstrated that the meteorological phenomena were the predominant factor in winter. |
