俱樂部藥丸在台灣新興興起的pub 或搖頭店常被用來做藥物濫用,常見的是安非他命(Amphetamine)、甲基安非他命(Methamphetamine)及亞甲雙氧甲基安非他命(3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine, MDMA)等,這些藥物的使用不僅影響到健康,且造成國內藥物政策的挑戰。藥物濫用傾向於一次服用多種毒品,且濫用之藥物往往小小的一顆藥錠中含多種毒品,本研究乃利用毛細管電泳分析方法同時分離三種藥物安非他命、甲基安非他命及亞甲雙氧甲基安非他命。分離條件為調配15 mM 醋酸銨-醋酸的緩衝溶液,加入7 % 甲醇,並將pH 值滴定到2.37,紫外光波長選擇200 nm,施予電壓15 kV,便能將三種藥物分離開來。分析精密度其相對標準偏差百分比(R.S.D) < 8 %;而同日間與異日間的電泳遷移時間與積分面積再現性的差異 < 10.5 %;檢量線範圍為 1 μg/mL ~ 4 μg/mL,在這範圍內安非他命線性回歸 > 0.9924,甲基安非他命線性回歸 > 0.9929 以及亞甲雙氧甲基安非他命線性回歸 > 0.9991。由以上結果顯示,本研究發展之分析方法適合於分離同時含此三種安非他命、甲基安非他命及亞甲雙氧甲基安非他命。 |
英文摘要 |
Qualitative and quantitative detection of amphetamine, methamphetamine and 3,4- methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) in club drugs was performed by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). In non-extracted club drugs, these three closely related stimulant were hydrodynamically or electrokinetically injected into the capillary and well separated in a acid (pH 2.37) buffer (15 mM ammonium acetate/acetic acid and 7% methanol) within 6 min. The analytes can be identified by their respective migration time with no interfering compounds around. Limits of detection (LOD) were 0.15 ppm for amphetamine, 0.17 ppm for methamphetamine and MDMA. Method performance in terms of between-days between-analysts reproducibility was studied and found to acceptable. |
