近幾年來,越來越多研究者逐漸將C-H基視為質子提供者,如同O-H及N-H是質子提供者一般。C-H---O弱氫鍵訊號因受強氫鍵干擾,導致實驗上很難找到C-H---O存在的證據。如何增強C-H---O弱氫鍵的強度,是一新興課題。目前最新的研究說明壓力增強C-H---O作用力的可能性。因此本文將討論高壓技術在C-H---O弱氫鍵上的應用。由改變壓力的實驗結果得知,高壓下,紅外光譜有相當大的變化。高壓下紅外光譜變得較複雜,是由於存在許多超過穩定的異構物之故。本文說明高壓是一種敏銳的方法,可用來增強水溶液中的C-H---O作用力。 |
英文摘要 |
The ability of a C-H group to act as a proton donor was rapidly accepted in the recent years. Conclusive experimental evidence of C-H---O hydrogen bonding is difficult to obtain, since C-H---O hydrogen bonds usually coexist with other strong interactions and are typically weak. Thus, researchers are looking for the ways to enhance the C-H---O interactions. Some studies revealed the potential significance of pressure to control the nature of C-H---O interactions. The pressure-dependence measurements also exhibit considerable spectral changes as the solution is compressed. Structural identification of the hydrophobic isomers in high-pressure infrared spectra seems to be complicated by the presence of more than one stable isomeric form. This article shows that high pressure may serve as a sensitive method to enhance the C-H---O interactions in aqueous solutions. |
