歐洲耶拿學校之創新教學與特色分析

耶拿學校（Jenaplan Schools）為歐洲另類教育體系學校之一，二戰前後在德國耶拿大學的Peter Petersen教授創發下，推動了以「共同體」（Gemeinschaft）為核心的耶拿計畫學校（Jenaplan-Schule），是Petersen在德國耶拿大學裡所發想出來，故命名Jena Plan，以此改革傳統的學校教育。耶拿在教學方式上採混齡教學，以學生中心的自主學習，發展大孩子帶著小孩子的混齡合作學習，在課堂上運用週工作計畫與小組工作的方式進行，同時強調自學與共學。耶拿教育重視自主學習與混齡學習，並以遊戲、談話、工作及歡慶四大活動交替進行，在教學時間上給予相當的彈性。強調學生直接經驗、同時注重個別發展與合作學習，透過工作與生活社群，將學校打造成小型社會，從團體中發展個人基本素養、自我價值與批判思考。耶拿學校雖然在德國發跡，但是在荷蘭、比利時等西歐國家發展迅速，迄今荷蘭地區已累積超過200所耶拿學校，影響深遠。本文藉各項要素與特色探討，提供教育工作者重新檢視與省思教與學的關係，盼藉耶拿教育的理念與創新的教學方式，有效提升學校經營效率與學生學習動機。
