本文結合教師自我效能、教師集體效能及教學歷程等三種觀點對教學效能做一統整性的探討,並輔以學生學習自我效能及學生學習成效,來探討高職專業類科教師的教學效能對學習成效的影響。面臨108新課綱的實施,核心素養以科學、技術、工程、藝術和數學(STEAM)為發展主軸,但潛在的自學能力、思辨力、效能、態度與道德等五大能力素養則更為重要,而高職專業教師在教學時應該著重於:正視學生個別差異並且讓學生經常體驗成功,從而樹立學生的學習榜樣,並透過建立溫馨和諧的班級氣氛,讓學生能自我強化以提升學習自我效能。
