臺灣周遭海域船舶排放量比較

本研究採用交通部運輸研究所港研中心介接航港局之船舶自動辨識系統（Automatic Identification System, AIS）資料以推估臺灣周遭海域船舶之排放量，依據2013年與2016年AIS資料顯示，航行於臺灣周遭海域之船舶數每日約3,000艘左右，其中以散裝船、貨櫃船與油輪等三種類型為主要船種，而總主引擎功率則約在35GW～40GW之間。結合AIS資料中船舶之船舶識別碼、位置、即時船速與活動時間等資訊與勞氏資料庫，以每艘船舶軌跡線法計算推估臺灣周遭海域船舶之排放量，結果顯示2013年臺灣周遭海域船舶之帄均每日粒狀物、硫氧化物與氮氧化物排放量分別為264噸、1,875噸與2,923噸；2016年結果則分別為275噸、1,943噸與2,997噸。
