老年性／情慾初探－女性主義的視角

A Pilot Study of Sexuality in Old Age: A feminist Perspective

本研究從女性主義的角度，以老年／人為敘事主體，採用深度訪談法，訪談了11位65歲以上的老年人（男5、女6），考量不同情境脈絡下老年情慾觀和性生活的樣貌。研究發現：一、整體而言，老年性／情慾呈現多元歧義的樣貌，不宜簡單的以有性／無性劃分；二、對某些老年人而言，性／情慾活動已經從高潮的追求轉向身體的愉悅；三、對某些老年人而言，青春的肉體仍具有相當大的吸引力，而且不分性別；四、對某些老年人而言，性／情慾活動仍然隱含父權體制的權力位階，呈現征服／迎合的關係；五、有些老年女性則藉由性的拒絕、閃避，因而得以從男性的宰制與性的屈辱中解放出來，獲得身心的自由。

From the perspective of feminism, this study in-depth interviewed 11 people over 65 years old (5 males, 6 females) and examined the diverse perceptions and practices of sexuality in the older adults in different contexts. The study found that: 1. overall, sexuality in old age is diverse and complex and cannot be simply divided into sexual/asexual; 2. For some elderly people, sexual activities have shifted from the pursuit of orgasm to physical pleasure; 3. For some elderly adults, the youthful body is still attractive, regardless of gender; 4. For some older people, sexual/erotic activities still imply a patriarchal hierarchy of power, presenting a subjugation/submissiveness relationship; 5. Through sexual refusal, some older women are liberated from passion and humiliation, and thus gain their physical and mental freedom.
