文學觀光是有助於景點市場區隔的觀光型態,相關研究卻仍在少數。本研究探討影響大學生從事文學觀光旅遊的動機因素與相關旅遊問題。因素分析結果顯示,動機因素包含「見識與交流學習」、「好奇心與環境享受」、「實地造訪與欣賞」、「作家故居與安息地造訪」、「文學地點環境感受與連結」等5個因子構面。此外,受訪者最喜愛的文學作家或影劇作者包括J.K羅琳、張愛玲、東野圭吾等三十多人。在文學觀光地最想做的事情有了解當地歷史文化習俗或文學歷史、參觀作者出生地、作品或是作品中地點、拍照打卡或紀念或拍MV、感受作者靈感來源或當地氛圍等。最想買的紀念品則有明信片、吊飾、筆記本等。本研究根據分析結果提出行銷相關建議供文學觀光地經營管理者參考。

英文摘要

Literary tourism helps tourist destinations to distinguish themselves in market segmentation, however, relevant research is still scarce. The study attempts to explore motivators influencing university students' literary travel. Five factors derived from factor analysis include to see and learn, curiosity and enjoyment from surroundings, site visit and appreciation, visit to author's former residence and graveyard, environmental feeling and linkage at literary places. In addition, more than thirty names are mentioned with regard to one's favorite literary authors or film authors including J. K. Rowling, Eileen Chang, Keigo Higashino and so forth. Among those things one would be most likely to do at literary destinations for subjects sampled by this study include to know the historical culture or literature, to visit author's birthplace, literary work or places mentioned within works, to take pictures or filming, and to get a sense of how authors are inspired or atmosphere in literary places and so on. For souvenirs one would be most likely to purchase include postcards, ornaments, notebooks and so forth. Marketing suggestions are provided based upon study results.
