陝西傳統風味小吃有著悠久的歷史文化背景，具有鮮明的民族地域文化特徵和承前啓後的古樸鄉土氣息。中國歷史上有十三個王朝，在陝西建都達一千多年，深厚的傳統飲食習俗積存，琳琅滿目的各式風味小吃，是中國飲食文化寶庫遺産中的重要組成部分。在現代社會快節奏、豐富多彩的生活中，人們已經不再單獨把小吃當作「果腹」食物，而是作爲美食美味的享用和平衡膳食的養生之道人情世故，友情、親情、情操，全都融入其中本文分爲四個部分：一、三秦傳統風味小吃概述：二、製法多樣的麥麵小吃及其食俗；三、老少皆宜的稻米小吃及其食俗；四、養生健體的雜糧小吃及其食俗。
