在多族群的移民區域裡, 由於受政治、經濟和文化的影響,人們會採取族群文化再造飲食文化。在中國西南的涼山彝族地區,出現了一種基於彝族傳統飲食的所謂「彝族菜」。一些被稱為「彝族菜」的菜種是受後來移入的漢人的影響而產生的。這種現象是移民的結果。本文比較「彝族菜」被再造的前因後果及其前後過程。同時, 論文也會介紹和討論相關彝族和當地漢人的傳統飲食文化內容。「彝族菜」的再造過程, 是彝族飲食方式的文化再造過程,也是漢人飲食文化的在地化過程。這也是彝族文化認同的重新闡釋和重新建構的過程。 |
英文摘要 |
In the mult-ethnic groups areas and the immigration communities in China, because of the politics, economic and cultural factors, people use ethno-culture to reproduce the food ways and the style of the food and eating. In ethnic Yi area of the southwest China, there are appearing some new taste of so call Yi style diet based on the Yi traditional food ways. Some so called "Yi style dishes" are reproduced by the later immigration group-Han Chinese. These phenomenon are the results of the immigration. This paper compares "before" and "after" the "Yi style foods" were produced. It also introduces and discusses the relative traditional culture issues. The progress of the "Yi Style Dishes" is a progress of reproducing the culture of Yi food ways. It is also a progress of re-interpret and reconstruction of the Yi cultural identity. |
